Welfare
Foresight Engineering was proactive in setting up a special help desk from 1st April 2020 with the assistance of Ninewells Management to assist the staff members and their families by providing essential food items, medical supplies and cash during the initial curfew period.
Foresight Engineering appointed a health and safety committee to educate the staff on the precautions to be taken against the COVID 19 virus. A health and safety workshop was arranged by Ninewells hospital at their auditorium on 28th April 2020 and 45 trainer trainees of the company participated at this workshop. The video of the workshop was subsequently released to all staff along with the necessary essentials including sanitizers, masks and vitamins were provided to all staff.
Distribution of books and stationery to the children of the support staff of Foresight Engineering and constructing and presenting two houses for the support staff are among the welfare initiatives of the company
